INTERVIEW PROCESS :
Adhoc appointments will be conducted on 1st come 1stserve basis. The appointments are made on purelytemporarily basis for six months and no rule ofreservations for roaster points followed. Decision of the
interview committee will be final. The appointedindividuals are expected to join immediately to the NodalOfficer concerned. Original certificates with one set ofXerox copies are to be submitted to this office and will be
return back only at the time of resignation or terminationwhichever is the earliest. The term of service may be
increased in case of emergency which will be intimated tothe individual in due course. Individuals are required to
arrange for their own accommodation however workingccommodation will be provided during the work hours.
2 WORKING HOURS :
Working hours of the Employee is the same on par with
regular Employee. However the timing may be extended
or modified based on emergency and need of the work.
3 LEAVE :
They are not eligible for any kind of leave like E.L., H.P.L.
or Medical Leave etc., except casual leave on par with

5TERMINATION OFCONTRACT :
The contract period can be terminated at any time. In case
of such premature termination, one month’s notice or one
month’s salary in lieu of the same will be provided. The
same will not hold true in case of premature termination
due to performance related issues.
NO CLAIM OF REGULARISATION OF SERVICE
That you have appointed purely temporarily on contract
basis and hence you are not entitled to claim for
regularization of service and shall not report any cause of
