Qualifications:
The Government of India / State Governments / Union Territories The applicants who have passed Secondary School Examination (10th standard / SSLC) in any recognized Board of School Education by the Government of India & Mathematics and English (read in mandatory or specific aspects) are mandatory for all approved categories of Rural Dak service Education must qualify.

Knowledge of cycling
Cycling Knowledge is a pre-requisite for all GDS posts. In the case of a scooter or motor cycle traveler, it is considered to be the knowledge of cycling. Candidate must submit an advertisement to this effect.
Security Furnishing
Being engaged as GDS, the person who has to be protected from time to time should be able to do so. The GDS Branch is the security cover of postmaster and other approved segments of GDS, ABPM & Duck Seawak 25,000 and Rs. 10,000 in a row.
India Post GDS Postmaster 2019 – Option Criterion
Based on the percentage achieved in the SSLC / 10th standard (with the accuracy of 4 decimalimates automatically) is selected according to the Automated Generated Merit list.
Note:
Candidates who have two marks and grades in the marks list must apply only marks. If any applicant applied for grades, he is liable for the disqualification of his application. In the marks containing attributes / points, marks are calculated by converting grades and points with multiplier factor (9.5) to maximum points or grade 100.
2) If the candidates get the same marks, the Merit Order is DBB. (At the age of merit), S.T. Male, SC Women, OBC Woman, EVS. Woman, UR Male, ST Male, SC Male, OBC Male, EWS Male, UR Male.
3) An applicant can apply for a maximum of twenty posts for an online engagement cycle.
4) If the candidate prefers to post five posts, post 2, post 3, post 4, post 5 etc., more than one post will be selected as talented, posting priority order and losing candidate for all remaining posts. Similarly, if applicable to the candidate for each circle, only one post is given to a circle.
5) Applications submitted by applicants without full data are also rejected from observation.
